Long Gambeson, natural cotton with wool filling
A gambeson is almost indispensable for re-enactment and medieval show fighting.
The gambeson, also called aketon, padded jack or arming doublet was often worn underneath maille and plate armour.
It made the wearing of these steel armours more comfortable for the knights and could absorb strokes and so reduce the danger getting injuries.

Material:
- outer cloth: 100% cotton canvas
- inner lining: 100% cotton
- filling: 100% wool
